Dear Students,

We are organizing Virtual Close Campus Drive of Tech Mahindra for B.Tech (CS/IT/EC) & MCA students of 2021 Batch.

 

Essential Details of the Drive:

Eligible Branches: - CS/IT/EC/MCA

Eligible Batch: 2021

Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above in 10^th, 12^th, Diploma and B.Tech. or 55% and above in any one (10^th, 12^th or Graduation)

Profile: Associate Test Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Package: 3.00 LPA

 

Associate Test Engineer (Manual) Position Requires

·         Software concepts, reasoning and logic skills for testing

·         Overall attitude and approach towards building a testing career.

·         TESTING EXPECTATIONS:

o    Ability to do exhaustive and detailed testing for various mobile applications.

o    Able to think of all scenarios that real users of the applications will face.

o    Should be able to identify what is broken in existing functionality (software defects) instead of giving suggestions about new functionality or missing functionality.

o    Basic theoretical knowledge about Test Plans / Bug Reporting / Testing Techniques is required, but focus will be more on practical application of these concepts.  

 

TERMS:

·         Contract Position:

o    This position will be a contract position for 1 year.

o    9 public holidays + 1 Optional Holiday

o    21 Paid Leaves, Medical insurance + other standard MNC benefits

·         Joining: Selected candidates have to start immediately (Within max 5 – 7 days after selection)

·         Candidates seated in drive/attending the first round of interview must have to complete the entire interview process, no back out option.

·         Candidates who are interested in multiple positions are not allowed. We want serious candidates who are having a clear mind-set to make a career in software testing.

·         Relocation - Mandatory to relocate in Ahmedabad

·         Package: 3 LPA (Possibility for more, based on skills and fit)

·         5 Day working

 

HIRING CRITERIA: Very Important

1.    Minimum bachelor's pass out

2.    Branch: BE-IT/Computer/EC, BCA/BSC-CS/IT, ME-Computer/IT/CS/EC, MSC-IT, MCA

3.    Percentage/Grade - Throughout minimum 60% (10th, 12th and Graduation)
Exception - Till 55% in anyone (10th,12th and Graduation)

4.    Backlogs/Gap - No backlog or year drop off throughout (10th,12th and Graduation)

5.    Must have -

a.    Aadhar Card with Date of birth (Mandatory)

b.    Pan Card (Mandatory)

c.    Marksheets & Certificate (10th,12th and Graduation)
