Dear Students,

The online assessment and coding test would be conducted on the HirePro platform.

The registration links would be shared with all the students by Hirepro team today by 4:00 PM.
A detailed instruction note would be shared by the HirePro team prior to the online aptitude, technical & coding test.
Guidelines for Online Test
Kindly note that this is an online proctored test where we will monitor, record and analyze (video, audio, online session) of the entire session to ensure the integrity of the complete test process. If you are found using unwanted means as explained below to answer the test, you shall be disqualified from the test immediately and same will be informed to the college as well for taking necessary action.
1. Your information (video, audio, online session) shall be recorded, stored, viewed and analyzed to ensure the integrity of the process.
2. You are attending the test yourself
3. You will need to furnish the following information in the registration section of HirePro portal – Full name as per Aadhar card, DOB, Address, Aadhar card, PAN card, B.Tech aggregate CGPA score, Engineering Stream, Year of Passing, Phone number, active Email id.
4. Once exam starts you should be in full view of the proctor.
5. Your webcam and microphone should be ON throughout the test process, and you should be present and clearly visible in the camera throughout the test.
6. Use the wall as a background so that there is no backlight and enough light on your face.
7. Do not put any light behind you which blinds the camera of devices.
8. Do not make/receive any calls or messages during the test.
9. The students should sit in front of the laptop for the entire duration of the examination.
10. Once you log-in, do not move away from the field view of the laptop which will result in disqualification. Proctor will check on you or AI will record your movement even though it is not announced to you.
11. Do not try to switch to other applications (Video conferencing applications like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams etc) or tabs in the browser which is also recorded, you may be debarred.
12. Do not try to connect to any external device such as Bluetooth, head phone or another display. Doing so you will be immediately terminated from session and declared disqualified.
13. Ensure there is no person near you talking since all audio are recorded and monitored. If your proctor suspects any unfair practice, you will be disqualified.
14. Do not talk to anyone/refer to any material while your examination is under progress. This will lead to disqualification immediately.
15. Do not try to take screenshots or attempt to record screen. You will be immediately disqualified.
16. Do not attempt to press any combination of keys which may lead to exiting the examination prematurely.
17. It is recommended that only mouse is used for navigation and answering since necessary buttons for navigation and answering are given in the user interface.
18. Use the keyboard only to type chat messages or to get support.
19. All questions and choices have been thoroughly checked and you should answer the question and the choices as they are displayed.
20. Please note that the answers are auto-evaluated and requests for re-evaluation will not be entertained.
21. Note that retest will not be allowed once you log-in and start the examination.
22. If there is any interruption for more than 5 min during the test, the test will be terminated.
23. Check your power connection. Battery of your laptop should be 100% charged. UPS support for desktop for the period of exam is recommended.
24. In case your WiFi is connected to electrical power outlet ensure power back up for WiFi.
25. Ensure you have minimum 1 GB data available for this duration with a recommended speed of 512 kbps.
26. Check that the device is connected to WiFi / Hotspot / tethered.
27. Run a speed check, camera check, speaker check and mic check for your laptop.
28. Keep your mobile phone in silent mode / “DO NOT DISTURB”.
29. Be in a quiet room protected from external noise/ disturbances from household activities.
30. Ensure you have a space where the presence of other persons is nil or minimum.
31. Cars/ moving spaces should be avoided due to unstable network connectivity/ video feed.
32. Wear comfortable clothes and if needed, wear transparent and non-reflecting spectacles. Shades/ Dark glasses are not permitted.
33. For hydration, keep a water bottle at your reach but ensure that devices are safe from spilled water.
34. Complete your ablutions since there are no breaks for rest room.
35. Keep some blank papers, pencils, pen on the table for rough work. Calculators/ tables are not permitted.
Note:
· List of registered students is attached with the mail
· Already placed students in any company need not to appear.
· Late entries shall not be entertained.
· Be tentative and alert towards all the email. As the entire process is online, the updates and other information will be communicating through emails.
