I'm new to ServiceNow. I have a Dev instance from my developer portal. I'm trying to integrate my AWS account to ServiceNow and see all the running instances and cost using Dashboards in ServiceNow. For this I'm doing ITOM using guided setup and I launched a MIDServer(Windows) in my AWS account and Discovery is also completed. After that when I'm trying to do Event Management it shows me it is in locked state and I need to activate plugin com.glideapp.itom.snac. Can any one help on this issue?

I already activated ITOM plug-in. In ITOM, when I tried to do Event Management it shows me it is in locked state and I need to activate plugin com.glideapp.itom.snac, which is not activated with ITOM plug-in.
