Updates to SIR BRANCH 74

I updated the homepage as follows:

1) the google map link now works
2) Added a calendar, but I haven't been able to embed it directly yet,
so you have to follow the link.
3) Updated the address for the Elk's club on the About page

Stuff to do

a) membership application and email address
b) Contact info for members
c) make sure there isn't any content from the other branch
d) Get the adult tag removed (I made a second request)
e) ask the SIRs webmaster to link to this page

Anything else?

Yes. you'll just want to review all the pages for names and email addresses.  I'll look at the colors and pictures later, probably this weekend.
