Audio cut off with ENABLE_WIDEBAND_AUDIO

Playing audio wav file (8bit, 8K mono) cuts off with ENABLE_WIDEBAND_AUDIO setting on sipxtapi 3.3.0. Is this the correct behavior of the MprFromFile::resample() function?
