I don’t think Grandstream has been very well supported. And I would guess that is where your issue is. Build a fictitious Polycom Phone with a made up Serial number and try it – I’m betting you will have difference results. The Grandsteam profiles were a donation from an end user if my memory serves me right. I never had good luck provisioning GrandStream, even the old ones – and replaced them all with Polycom phones – which have always had excellent support from the developers of the main system.

OK, thanks, yes, all those settings are not there for Polycoms, hence our confusion (see below).
Yes, if you can reproduce this issue on the superadmin user before adding any other users or phones it should be very straightforward for us to resolve.
Please also check whether changing the SIP Proxy Default Serial Fork Expiration away from default changes anything.

We are still working on this issue, we attempted an update to just prevent the null pointer, but it has not resolved the problem.
We will post here when issue is resolved.
