We are up to this point a Polycom Soundpoint shop. Decided to try the VVX Series. Using a VVX500 with 4.1.7 firmware. I have it successfully registered on Sipxcom 15.04. I can receive calls and both party can hear but not able to make any calls (Internal Extensions) the Soundpoints can make and receive calls. When Dialling a number, no ringing is observed until it timeouts and give a busy tone. I have three of these phones registered now same issue on all of them. Any ideas.

You might want to factory reset that VVX500, take it and the user you assign to it out of any groups, send the phone profiles, boot the phone and try again.Also, I'd recommend stepping up to 5.2.5 firmware on the VVX.After that you're into PCAP territory to start to figure this out because the VVX normally just work.

That doesn't explain why your factory reset and empty phone group didn't solve the problem...
