Legacy REPOS Location

I am updating a system from 17.08 and need to update it to 18.04 first to be able to move to the later CENTOS 6 updates.    18.04 and 18.08 don’t seem to be online any longer.  Can anyone confirm is that is true, and if they are maybe moved to another location where they can be access?
