I installed a new 15.06 from ISO and restored a backup from a 4.4 system. I’m running into a problem with SAA/RLS not running. I’ve sent all profiles. I’ve restarted these services specifically as well. I see there was an issue related to saa/rls resolve din 15.06, not sure if this might be related to that fix or not – but will to dig and test to see. Hoping someone has some suggestions.
I find the following in the job status –
restart services 7/4/15 4:47 PM 7/4/15 4:47 PM Failed Agent run on phone.domain.local finshed but returned error code 143 null
IMDB regeneration 7/4/15 5:40 PM 7/4/15 5:40 PM Failed
In RLS log I find this –
"2015-07-05T00:12:06.001699Z":1:KERNEL:NOTICE:phone.domain.local::7fede1005860:sipxrls:"OsResourceLimit::setCurrentLimit: Resource RLIMIT_NOFILE set to soft: 32768 hard: 65536"

Set or Check? Is that something new with RLS/SAA. They were both set to Cluster. I changed them to Public and no different.
Still receiving the errors from Alarms as well - : failed to start; exit code: 5
I’ll try turning Firewall off to see if it makes a difference.
Thanks Mike.

Disable the service. Send the server it's profiles. Wait 10 minutes then enable the service and send the server it's profiles.

I keep coming back to this particular error - ~~id~sip...@domain.local is NOT present in namespace imdb.entity
Seems off that it isn’t being found in the database – is it maybe looking for domain when it should be looking for FQDN? Or did it get written as FQDN in error? Could it be a corrupted imdb – my thought is there would be other issues if that was the case.

Thanks for the tips Joegen. I’ve looked at the domain config file, and it seems to be okay. Matches what is displayed on the domain page.
I’m not finding the IMDB file – that you reference. Can you tell me where in a snapshot that file is located?

Tony had suggested that it might be related to call park. I disabled call park earlier and had this issue still. However, I now see that the error I see in Job status is related to sending profiles when I send profiles while call park is enabled. When I try to go to call park, I get an error message on the screen – standard internal error has occurred – click here to continue
with Park disabled, this is what I see in the sipxconfig.log file

Not sure if my response went out.
HEre are the logs after doing a send all profiles, and then doing a restart on saa and rls from server/services
Turns out the error I am seeing for the failure to replicate is when I have call park enabled. I've disabled it for now - although I can't seem to access call park when enable - goes to an error screen.
update park_orbit set location_id=(select location_id from location where primary_location=true) WHERE location_id IS NULL;
Resending to the entire list…
In the scenario I had, I wasn’t able to access the park orbits, as the system threw an error message when attempting to go to that screen.
A quick work around could be to delete park orbits prior to backing up and upgrading a 4.4 system to 1410 or greater…….
Thanks for finding this George! George to the rescue again!
BTW, fixing this fixed my issue with SAA and RLS not running as well.

Then send the server it's profiles. This pretty much clears that up in a few minutes. No IMDB issues. No services shut down.
