If I do a "restart phones", or even send a profile and reboot, I am finding the phones do not restart. This is with firmware 4.09 on polycom soundpoint ip phones. I didnt see anything about this in 15.06 either. Is it just me?

I think so... Enable checksync. I did 1300 phones today on 15.06.

OK, here are the oddities I am noticing...

Phone log, send a reboot...

Why don't I have this (fresh install)

Send the profile and request a reboot...

I "think" I should have seen the errors about the language file here also.

Any clues?

I'll look at checksync. I think its off by default and maybe thats why.

I also am trying to figure out why we stopped putting all of the basic polycom backgrounds in the root of tftp directory, even though the phone is still being told they are there. Can't seem to select them anymore even though they show up on the phones. Only eZuce background now.

Hey Tony/Mike,

I'm having the same issue with 5.0.6 and 4.1.7  Where is checksync?

Also, I've already had one case of stuck presense on two extensions.  Only way to fix was resetting the phones...Related perhaps?
