SipXcom not regonizing DTMF

I see in the pcap that the SBC is sending dtmf as RTP payload event 101.

Codec = g711u.

Sipxcom 21.01

Sipxcom is not recognizing the dtmf.

This is for VM and the system just repeats "Please enter extension.."

I added the entries to the /etc/sipxpbx/freeswitch/default_context.xml.vm files as suggested and pushed the server profile out. Still no luck.

Any assistance would be appreciated/

There are three major standards for DTMF interpretation: RFC-2833 (inband within RTP), RFC-2976 (out of band SIP INFO), and RFC-3265 (out of band SIP NOTIFY). The AA/IVR only supports RFC-2833 by default.
