Paging Groups in Small Groups

Hello!  We're using paging groups in small groups (10 phones).  For some reason, pages are only hitting 5-7 phones at a time.  If we isolate individual phones, we've found that DND can interrupt the page and the pages (if successful) are very soft.  

We're aware of the 20 phone limit and only employ this very small groups.  It's worked in the past, but is now failing.  The phones are all on the same subnet. 

Any thoughts are welcome.

i can say that code hasn't been touched in ages... Did you update your phone firmware recently? 

Something may be slowing down your proxy service which might be the reason why it's only getting to 5 to 7 phones...  Like misconfigured phones or phones with users who have been deleted...  Look for errors in the proxy log...
