The label is only used to distinguish what you want to send to the phone. It is placed in /var/sipxdata/configserver/phone/profile/tftproot/$mac.cfg after you "send profiles" to the phone. For example ..

[root@sipx ~]# ll /var/sipxdata/configserver/phone/profile/tftproot/polycom/
total 4
drwxr-xr-x 5 sipx sipx 4096 Jan 15 17:52 4.0.X
drwxr-xr-x 5 sipx sipx  234 Jan 15 17:51 5.5.2
[root@sipx ~]#
[root@sipx ~]# grep '4.0.X' /var/sipxdata/configserver/phone/profile/tftproot/0004f24a8819.cfg
      APP_FILE_PATH="polycom/4.0.X/sip.ld"

So it doesn't really matter what you use as the label as long as the phone or group profile points to that, and what is actually deployed in the folder is supported by the phone.

Hi, not the Label.
If i would add new VERSION number directory that is not in the drop down list. Also, if i not select version, it erase the default 3.2.x.

That would require a code change to implement. Again the label is only used to distinguish a set of files. For example you could have 5.9.4 in the 5.5.2 slot, see attached. In this example the 5.9.4 archive is extracted beneath /var/sipxdata/configserver/phone/profiles/tftproot/polycom/5.5.2/ .

Yes, i understand, but it's more logical to give a logical name.

Those are also templates.  Polycom requires some fields in their configuration to have parameters as default, which was a change after 3.3 of their firmware.   Those templates I suspect represent changes in Firmware that require new features to be populated so they work.   In some cases, you may need to make feature specific changes to be able to support new firmware.   This may be the case with these versions.  You might want to take an existing template, see what changes are required for the version you want to use, implement them and submit it as a change for next release.
