Some ITSPs do not appear to support pre-loaded route headers in SIP packets. Is there an option in Sipxcom to avoid generating these records (see image) for register and invite messages?

Many thanks in advance.

Actually there is something it worth a try, in  /etc/sipxpbx/sipxbridge.xml put following line in your generated itsp entry, e.g.

  <itsp-account>
    <itsp-proxy-domain>newyork.voip.ms</itsp-proxy-domain>
    <sipxecs-lineids>
    <sipxecs-lineid>1</sipxecs-lineid>
    </sipxecs-lineids>
    <user-name>......</user-name>
    .......
    <always-relay-media>true</always-relay-media>
     <loose-route-invite>false</loose-route-invite>
  </itsp-account>

then restart sipxbridge and try again (mind that sipxbridge.xml is overwritten by cfengine)

Hi George, many thanks for the responses. I did try setting the loose-route-invite parameter to false, and the pre-loaded route record is still generated by Sipxbridge. The direction given was either to use another ITSP or stand-alone SBC if sipX is used.
