Problem Sipx 19.04.20 in AWS when Import lost DB connection and Sipregistrar service

HI, 

We experiment a problem in Amazon Web Service with SIPX19, when do a import (little import, only 10 users), the BBDD connection fails:

and Sipregistrar service go down:

I see this error in Sipregistrar log:

we redeploy the machine but have the same problem.

Can someone help :)
