Call park "flash" option ?

There is any option to make when a Call is waiting on park extension, to make grandstream phones, flash indicating there is a call waiting?

That is something to configure on Sipxcom or the phone itself?

Try assigning the park extension in the user's speed dial list . Been many years, but it used to work with Polycoms.
