MOH issue from sound card in a conference REV 19.08 ?

Are there any known issues with MOH from sound card in a conference REV 19.08 ?

MOH from sound card breaks the conferencing server/component.. Deleted and reapplied

the server and extension and only get busy tone using REV 19.08

Scratched and rebuilt my test server using REV.19.08 with the same results three times.

All is normal without changing the default conferencing MOH setting.

None production enviroment. Testing only.
