Cant login to JIRA anymore

Hi Guys,

Can't access my account on JIRA anymore (username in PM). Also making a new account isnt working.

Anyone can help me with this?

You seem to be part of the jira-users group which is required for access.

Are you using this account?

cn=elwinformsma

Try just the account name for login and not your email.
