How to correlate HTTP requests and responses?

Hi,

What would be the best way to determine if I got a HTTP 200 OK to a
particular HTTP Request? I tried browsing through the HTTPResponse
object, but it doesn't appear that I have access to very much. I'd
like to be able to definitively match an HTTP request & response at
the controller level.

Any ideas?
