This mms-standalone-4.0.0 binary is standalone Sipme Media Server    
This MMS binary is having
    * Standalone Sipme Media Server
    * JSR-309 and MGCP Drivers
                              

Changes in current release:
--- Optimized core components
--- Resolved all known issues
--- ILBC codec added in both ( native ilbc taken from webrtc project ) and java variations
--- OOB to inband translation has been added and tested for networks that does not supports 101 telephone events
