Call Centre feature

Hi

Has the call centre feature been removed from the Canary Release. If so, is there an alternative to get that functionality back? OpenACD?

Hi Neil,

There is no concrete plan plan yet as to whether we would bring back openacd.   As you might be aware, callcenter feature is not so much of a backend problem but rather a GUI problem.  It would be really hard to integrate the console into a very old framework used by sipxconfig.  We are in the process of changing this and migrating to a full stack infrastructure.  Until then, I cannot give you a concrete answer.
