Sendmail setup info

Hi everyone - thank you for sipxecs. I had some trouble setting up sendmail on sipxecs canary (voicemail would not send out), but after a bunch of troubleshooting, got it working. It was not sipxecs, but rather a whole combination of things, including: 

* dns spf entry needed to include the server hostname

* google apps for business "smtp relay" needed to be enabled, with the outside-facing IP of the sipxecs added to its whitelist

* google's smtp-relay.gmail.com host needed to be added to sendmail config, and then I used m4 to recompile the config and did a make in /etc/mail

* I flushed the queue, and then mail started flowing
