I tried write simple SIP Phone with Sipeksdk . My client send request to server(Asterisk) successfully but registration is failed and get communicate pjsua_acc.c : SIP registration error.Has anyone dealt with such a problem ?

What are you using for 'realm'? Can you try logging in with the value * in the realm field?
