direct call whitout registration

Hi,

I have one question, i want to make a direct call betwin pc and sip phone but whit no registration, like in this printscreen.
I know that it's possible, X-lite allow it. If anyone can explain to me how can i make that whit sipeksdk ( 2 weeks i'm looking for ^^ ).
Sorry for my bad english, I hope someone will pass by here.
