Hi all,
I prefer to use the UDP protocol because the call quality is better,
especially on lower quality connections.

However, when the screen is off, incoming calls are not received, even
though Sipdroid is correctly registered (green light). This is
apparently because UDP does not maintain a connection. TCP does
maintain a connection (as described in the NewStandbyTechnique wiki
post (http://code.google.com/p/sipdroid/wiki/NewStandbyTechnique)

Does anyone have a solution for using UDP _and_ receiving incoming
calls?

I use this solution, but it is a bit of a hack and probably not
optimum for battery usage: I have two Sipdroid Account settings. Both
are identical except that one uses the TCP prototcol (to keep alive
for incoming calls) and one uses the UDP protocol for outgoing calls
(with best call quality)

I'm using Sipdroid Beta 2.6 on GSM Samsung Galaxy Nexus with PBxes
account.

Thanks for any pointers.
