Sipdroid recieves calls?

I have an Android device that I want to put the Sipdroid app onto. I
understand that by linking Sipdroid to Google Voice, I can make voice
calls using the app and not be charged by my service provider. My
question is whether there is a way to use Sipdroid to answer calls and
therefore not have to pay for them as well. Thanks to everyone in
advance who responds.
