Set in-call volume to highest

With current version of sipdroid once the call is established we by default in-call volume is somewhat slower. in this case we need to set it to highest every time. so i want to set that volume to highest by default. i have tried some code to set it. but there is not effect.

so from where do i set it to highest, i mean programmatically.
