CallerID

Hi!

I added functionality for sending a custom CallerID when initiating a
sip call. The CallerID can be set in preferences under account.

This funktion is usefull when you use a sip provider which doesn't
ovverride the caller id and you want to send your number to the called
person. (like with 12voip.com which i use).

I could create a patch or if you give me write access to the svn i
could check in my modifications. Not a big deal, but should be useful
for many people.
