STREAM_MUSIC instead of STREAM_VOICE_CALL

Hi!
I just wondered if there is any reason sipdroid uses
AudioManager.STREAM_MUSIC for playback instead of STREAM_VOICE_CALL.
That may be the reason bluetooth headsets don't work properly with it.
