Sipana Server WAR project (Web interface) uses SIP Scenario Web Services to
show the sessions SIP scenario.

Now the JBoss bind address is used as host and port 8080 is hard coded and
cannot be changed.

It's necessary to permit the configuration of host and port as well the URL
path as properties in the sipana-server-properties.xml. The current method
(JBoss bind address and port 8080) can be assumed as default.
