Pre- or Post-Conference Mailing List -$250 (Pre-)/ $275 (Post-)
Interested in connecting with conference attendees before or after the event? Consider purchasing a pre- or post-conference mailing list. The lists include the attendee name, company, mailing address for all attendees, plus email addresses for those who have agreed during registration. Pre-conference lists will be sent in early April 2024 and post-conference lists will be sent the week following the conference.
These lists are to be used ONCE before and after the conference.
Cancellations received in writing by February 10, 2024, will be subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after February 11th 2024 the exception of those due to a government-instituted travel ban. Cancellations due to a government-instituted travel ban will receive a refundless 50 percent administrative fee, up until May 8, 2024, or they may defer their support to the 2024 AAPOR Annual Meeting.

The AACR Exhibitor Bulletin provides the most current and relevant information pertaining to your participation in the AACR Annual Meeting 2024. These important monthly publications include details for the preparation process and answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Exhibitor registration is open. You can access your registration through the exhibitor dashboard on Map Your Show. CompuSystems is the official registration management provider for the AACR Annual Meeting 2024.
Any meeting or event that involves AACR scientific meeting attendees hosted by a company or organization, regardless of exhibiting status, is considered an affiliate event and must be approved by the AACR. If you plan to hold a function during the 2024 Annual Meeting, you MUST complete the survey below. Please submit one request per event. If your event requires more than one meeting room, you must submit a separate request for each room needed. The Annual Meeting affiliate guide is also linked below, which includes rules and regulations, pricing, and other important information. Convention Management Resources (CMR) and CompuSystems are the official hotel and registration management providers for the AACR Annual Meeting 2024. No other hotel, registration management companies, or travel agencies are authorized to place hotel reservations or registrations for the Annual Meeting on behalf of the AACR.
Both Tri-Star Publishing and The Walchli Tauber Group are the only official advertising vendors of the AACR Annual Meeting 2024. Before contracting your advertising, make sure the publication is official.
