Dear CCLBA Members,
I would like to welcome everyone back to campus and give a warm welcome to all of our new members. We have a lot of exciting events planned for this coming semester. Two of them, our annual How To Land An Internship event and our General Body Meeting, will be held this Thursday and Friday!
1. How To Land An Internship, this Thursday, September 13, 8-9PM in Hamilton 602
Come out to CCLBA's first event of the year, "How to Land the Ultimate Internship." Summer analysts from Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Moelis & Company will be on hand to share with you their secret to landing the internship of a lifetime, even in a bad economy. Panelists have worked in a variety of divisions including investment banking, risk, and treasury services. After the panel, speakers will be available to give any personal career advice you may be seeking. Enjoy the refreshments, make new friends, and set your career on the right path!
2. Our General Body Meeting will be held this Friday, September 14, 8-9PM also in Hamilton 602. In addition, anyone, who is interested in getting more involved with CCLBA, is encouraged to apply to be an OCM, an Organizational Committee Member. An online application and interview schedule will be released soon and more information will be provided at the General Body Meeting. It’s a great opportunity to work with upperclassmen to plan future events as well as to network with accomplished CCLBA alumni and professionals in the industry.

2. Bain & Co Recruiting
Hi Tim,
Hope you’re doing well. I think you may remember me, I graduated SEAS Class of 2010 and was on ESC my senior year. I currently work at Bain & Company and I’ve been trying to try to get Columbia back on the target school list. I’ve attached a quick blurb about Bain as well as the application process (and the opportunity to meet me in person ).
Could you forward this to the ESC and/or any other clubs you find this may find this of interest?
Also happy to chat with you about opportunities here at Bain if you’re interested.
Best,
Stanley
