Dear Friends,
Every year, the Chinese Moon Festival falls on the day when the moon is roundest and brightest during the course of the year. The festival signifies a time of warmth and celebration, when traditionally, family and friends gather for social activities and dinner.
I invite you to celebrate this festive event together with the China Institute Young Associates. Please join us on Friday, September 28th, 2012, at China Grill, from 8:30PM to 11:00PM, for an evening of drinks, food, and social networking. This year, our event features a special guest, Pauline A. Chen, author of the The Red Chamber, a renowned novel based on one of the four Chinese literary classics. Her work has been translated into numerous languages and we are honoring her for her contribution to the literary and Chinese community. Please see below for details.
I hope to see you there! To purchase tickets: http://ya.chinainstitute.org/#moonfestival2012
