I'm a big dork, plus a new member!

Ok, so I think I originally set everyone up to only access emails from
the board, instead of actually getting them sent to inboxes, which
rather defeats the purpose of having an *email group*. So sorry to
everyone who has missed anything. If you want to only access messages
via the page, I think you can come in and edit your own membership,
but if you are having any issues with that, just let me know and I can
take care of it.

Since we're growing, I believe we'll need to sit down and come up with
a schedule which will get posted as to days and locations; it's easy
to call up just one person and make changes on the fly, but less so
when there are more folks involved.

And speaking of new folks, we have a new member, Phao, who has located
us through google groups (I assume). Hi Phao! If you are in the
Sacramento environs, or are just going to pop in once in awhile, let
me know and I'll get you some directions. Normally we meet either at
my house or Claire's (I'm near Executive Airport and Claire is in
Tahoe Park), but often we'll pop on over to Fox & Goose on R St. This
seems to happen about once a month, and Mondays there can be a hoot
with open-mike night. If you aren't over 21, then we can just as
easily switch this to a coffee shop. True Love on K St looks to be a
promising spot.

Ostensibly, I have a book club meeting next Monday (April 23) so I'm
out for Monday. How does Wednesday (April 25) look for everyone?

Sure! Your place is good - I still have a lot of cleanup from Mom's
visit, and this weekend was, well, exhausting for various non-Mom
reasons, and I just want to veg on the couch tonight and not clean ;)
I might just need tomorrow night for that, too.

I finished the baby sweater about 2 hours before the shower! Yay!
Naturally, I didn't remember to get pictures. I'll ask the recipient
if she can take one once her baby arrives. Now I'm a little at a loss
for my next project! I rolled up 1000 yards of rayon last night, with
Ken's help, but it's pretty close to lace weight and I don't really
know what to do with it, heh. I'll bring some Wed.

Let me know what sorts of food you'd like me to bring!
