I just wanted to follow up sir, because I have not heard anything back yet but I had sent an email or trying posting a new topic earlier today and I can not see it on the forums or any confirmation that you got it.  Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Thank you,
Justin

Hey Justin,

I did inspect the code and do not see anything wrong. In fact, I did fix a few other minor bugs. None of
which affected your issue. I release a new version 5.56 which is now publicly available and I
recommend you get.

One thing that comes to my mind is that SIP inspector by default uses port 6000 to send/receive
RTP packets. Including out-of-band digits.

Make sure that port 6000 is not used by another program on the PC or change value circled
on the screenshot below to a port that you know is for sure free/

I am also attaching a WS trace which shows and demonstrates that all works well on my PC.
See the attachment.

Regards,
Zarko

I thank you, I have tried what you said about the port 6000 and that did not resolve it and still can not send DTMF tones.  I am also working with someone else that has worked with your product in the past and is not able to send it either on his windows 8 machine.  He has ran other scenarios and everything seems to work.  He is wondering if there is some setup or something missed?

One interesting test to do would be just to see if an audio call works.
When I say audio, you can try 2 cases: stream a pre-recorded pcap file and then to have a live audio.
See what happens in that case?
