Auditions for the VCT production of:
The Fantasticks

The World's Longest Running Musical !
Monday, August 28th
7pm - 9pm
Tuesday, August 29th
8pm - 10pm
at
United Church of Christ/Congregational
{226 East Main Street - please use the Northeast door}
The audition will consist of:
1) Reading selected scenes from the play.
2) Some improvised movement exercises.
3) A prepared song.
The song can be one from The Fantasticks, or any other song that you
feel displays your range and ability.
For accompaniment, you may:
a. Bring along your own accompanist.
b. Use our Fantasticks accompanist (realizing that she may be
sight-reading whatever you choose to perform).
c. Bring an accompaniment on CD or tape - as long as you also bring
your own equipment, none will be provided. {No karaoke please.}
The performance dates for The Fantasticks will be Sept. 29th, Sept.
30th, Oct. 1st.
Please bring to auditions a list of all conflicts you might have with
rehearsals scheduled in September!
