"Sometimes She Whispers" - USD Students

The reading of Sometimes She Whispers will take place in Farber Hall
after a short break following the discussion after the 2pm performance
of Sometimes She Dreams on Sunday, April 2nd. The play will be read by
Regina Aerts, Ryan Henderson, Rob Garness, Emily Bonnema and Randy
Niles.

Sometimes She Whispers is the second installment of a three part one
act series that explores the emotional aftermath of sexual assault and
calls attention to the perpetual cycle of violence. After hearing the
play, audience members will be encouraged to respond and give feedback
to the content, characters, plot and/or anything else that caught their
attention during the reading. Taking notes during the reading is also
encouraged. I will have scrap paper and writing instruments on hand
for this purpose.

This is an opportunity to be directly involved in a playwright's
creative process and hear a brand spankin' new work while it's still in
the late-middle stages of development.
