Ifi compare the creepage distance wich is required in my DIN standard (62477-1) with the creepage distance in the data sheet, i see a discrepancy. According to my standard I need at 1600V isolation working voltage 8mm creepage distance for basic insulation and 16mm for reinforced insulation at polution degree 2 material class 1. The ISO224 provides 8,5mm creepage distance and promises reinforced insulation.

With all the different end equipment standards, there are sometimes occasions where very similar conditions have very different minimum requirements. The PECS standard you are working with would be different from the medical safety standard for example. At the end of the day, the main goal is to provide consumers with safe products, which is why there are so many different standards to begin with.
