I recently bought a Blu View 2 with TracFone and it is working well except certain files sent over the messaging app (I assume pictures or long texts), appear with an arrow and the text "Tap to Download" except when I attempt to download, the download never finishes. I recall having this issue with a previous phone as well. Is there any way to get this resolved? Nothing I tried after googling has worked. I have a friend with severe depression and serious mental health issues who has had several emergencies lately and would really like to be able to see what she's trying to send me when it doesn't come through. I go into Airplane Mode and back out - not much help. I restart - not much help. I clean the Cache - not much help. None of these ridiculous measures are a solution.
