The game keeps on crashing everytime while I play Fornula 1 even I have the latest software update on iOS, playing offline keeps crashing but when I play it online the game works well. Can anyone solve this issue?
If the mass of offline content on offer is anything to go by, they certainly have. Not happy with just presenting a range of single-player racing modes and couch co-op, GRIP has a campaign which shows more thought than most racing titles, alongside the vehicular acrobatics of Carkour mode. More on that later.
The campaign starts you off with lower speed, lower difficulty, straight races. No weapons, just speed boosts. This forces you to get well established with the core controls of GRIP before throwing in more complicated elements. This pays dividends when you progress to the higher levels.
As you win races, you move up the tiers and unlock access to more weaponry and the other combat racing modes: Classic Race, Ultimate Race, Elimination, Time Trial, and Arena Deathmatch. Each mode requires a distinctly different set of tactics and offers fantastic variety and replayability in a genre often criticised for repetitive gameplay. GRIP does not suffer from this.
Visually, GRIP does a superb job of simulating speed. Outside of the expected screen blur, GRIP uses lighting and sound to make it clear that you are going recklessly quick. A cynic could say that this is a bit of a shame as the race environments are beautifully designed. Snow-blanketed vistas, red-dust deserts, and overgrown tracks form just part of the 22 different courses available. Simply put, GRIP feels fast (and furious).
However, 2023 will be the last season. We've made the difficult decision to sunset F1 Mobile Racing. Starting today, Feb 23rd, 2024, the game will no longer offer in-app purchases and will be removed from the app stores. Players who have already installed the game can continue playing F1 Mobile Racing and using their existing in-game currency until May 24, 2024, when the game will become offline for all players.

Here is what I have done so far: I started by making an offline profile and did some playing but not much so loosing my progress is not a big deal. I also made an account at Gamespy meanwhile. Unfortunately the nickname of my offline profile was already in use, so I had to make a new one. I could use that name to get online and saw that TDU servers were available. I also noticed that I had to start a new name (of course), what I haven't done yet, but wouldn't be a big problem btw..
But now my question, because I don't always want to play online. Can I use only one profile (the one connected to Gamespy for online) and ALSO play offline with that ? If so how do I do that ? I ask, because when I start the game and choose that profiile I am automatically connected to the servers. Or do I have to have 2 profiles for that, one for online and one for offline ?
While you are in game with your online profile, you can go Esc -> Online (or something like that, can't remember exactly what it is called) and then untick the box "Allow Online Interaction". I think that that basically disconnects you from the servers so that you are in offline mode.
I am making a racing game as I am learning Godot. Naturally, I wanted to have the player race against AI Agents who have the exact same physics/controls as the player. However I am not sure how to best go about doing this. I am not necessarily
looking to hand held answers here. If you could just point me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated!
First, should I have created the controller and physics of the player outside of the Player Node? Right now, all of the code that controls the player is within its KinematicBody2D script, but would it have been better to have separated the controls and physics into their own Autoload scripts that the Player, and in turn, the AI reference? Is this just good practice to do so regardless?

I had a question about Sebastian Loeb Rally Evo multiplayer modes. I am the only one of my friends that has a racing rig. When my friends come over I want to do a Rally championship so we can have a separate racer for each person and do a true Rally Championship. In Dirt Rally I tried to create a championship with multiple offline players, but I don't believe you can. Is this something you can do in Sebastian Loeb Rally Evo?
