Sauda is a Hero in Bloons TD 6, first released in Version 24.0. She is a swordmaster, and is the second melee hero in the game (the first being Pat Fusty). She uses her two swords to pop bloons, dealing one damage per attack across a 90-180 degree cone. She attacks quickly, approximately every 0.4s at base, and even faster at higher levels, but she has low range, at 23 initially. Initially, she pops up to 4 bloons per attack. She has built-in camo detection at base level, but cannot pop Lead Bloons with her standard attack until at least Level 13. She is unlockable with a one-time cost of 5000.
The leap attack creates a 15-radius area-of-effect that deals 20 damage or 100 MOAB-class damage on the initial hit, affecting up to 30 bloons within the area. Can pop Frozen Bloons and Lead Bloons. After the leap attack, she leaves behind her old blades for 6.5s (+0.5s per level after Level 3) after the attack lands, dealing 2 damage onto up to 5 bloons who pass through, refreshing pierce every 0.1s and being able to rehit bloons after 0.2s. This effect can also pop Frozen Bloons and Lead Bloons.
In addition, all abilities deal extra damage to "harmed" bloons, and can additively stack with the extra damage to stunned bloons, equal to the amount of bonus damage to stunned bloons (more specifically: Leaping Sword impact +10 "harmed" damage or +20 "harmed MOAB-class" damage; Leaping Sword contact +2 or +20 "harmed MOAB-class"; Sword Charge +15 "harmed" damage or +30 "harmed MOAB-class" damage).
Fort Sill, with its rich legacy of training the US Army, Joint Forces, and Coalition partner fires community, emerged as the ideal locale for the JCU. It's a nexus where the doctrine, training, and employment of Counter UAS strategies have been nurtured since the threat surfaced on the military's radar.
Some jurisdictions, like Georgia, "have decided that the best way to deal with this and make utterly certain that the murderer does not profit from his crime is to disqualify all the murderer's relatives, except his or her children if they are also the victim's children."
