I have a deskjet plus 4120 and I want to enroll it for instant ink , but my printer doesn't show under my printers, even after i manage to install the printer on hpsmart. everytime i try to add it for instant ink it says that a deskjet plus printer is automatically added when you add it on hpsmart, but that's not the case .
Please follow the steps listed below to enroll the printer to instant ink:
1. Sign-in to your HP Instant Ink account: and click on the sign-in option.
2. In the Status area of your HP Instant Ink account page, click Enroll
3. Choose one of the available plans other than the 15-page plan.
4. Click Add Printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to HP Instant Ink.
5. If the printer appears but is listed as offline, make sure it is connected and online, and then click Try again.
6. On the Shipping page, enter the address which you would like HP to ship your Instant Ink cartridges to, then click Save & Continue.
7. On the Billing Information page, enter a prepaid key or your payment card information, and then click Continue.
8. On the Submit Order page, review your information, type a Special Offers key if you have one, check the box to agree to the Terms of Service, and then click Enroll.
The HP DeskJet Plus, 4120 printer model, works with the hi-speed USB 2.0 port and an inbuilt Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n component. Windows 11 was released on October 5, 2021. As with every operating system release or update, printer compatibility is always a worry. Although Windows 11 boasted new features and looked different from Windows 10, there were no big changes with regard to print drivers at all.
My printer HP officejet pro 8600 plus is not on the HP list of printers compatible with Windows 11. It works fine with Windows 10 now. Should I download the upgrade to 11 anyway? Will my printer work? Thanks.

I have Windows 11 and an HP Office Jet Pro 8710 printer. The preferences will not allow me to choose any size other than Titled/Letter or A4. No other choices are available even in settings. Is there a work around for this issue?
I have just purchased windows 11 laptop and my canon MG2960 wont connect or work I go through all the installation and just not happening then it asked for $10 a mth printer worked fine on my old tower computer. Do I need another printer, Im not happy as this is a nightmare for me.

Hi I have just purchased a HD laptop with Windows 11 but I cannot get my Canon 3650 all in one to scan or copy. I have tried downloading drivers but when I check in the download file there is nothing there.
I have a new HP Envy laptop running Windows 11 and cannot get it to connect to my old HP LaserJet 6p, which still runs fine when connected to a Windows 10 Lenovo machine. The Envy recognizes the printer but when I try to print a test page all that I get is an error message.
