So I just recently got into PC gaming because of a friend, but I realized I basically can't do anything without administrator privileges. My uncle is the only admin on my PC right now. He built this PC about 5 years ago for me, but did not give me admin because he thought I was too young to be trusted with a PC. I'm 15 now and I know my way around a PC pretty well, so I asked him for his admin password (as he is the administrator), but he declines to give me it. He doesn't even use it, he lives half an hour from my home and the last time he touched it was when he made it. Without it, I can't get Steam or download DirectX, update certain programs, etc. Is there any way to get admin privileges or a way to get into his admin account? Another thing, when he made the PC he installed this program called 'DeepFreeze' (it essentially freezes the C: drive and resets it everytime I turn off the computer. Example: If I downloaded Google Chrome and turn off the PC, and turn it back on, Chrome would be gone because it was installed on the C: drive). He installed DeepFreeze for the same reason he didn't give me administrator privileges: he didn't trust ten year old me around a computer and also refuses to give me the password to turn it off. Do you guys know any way to turn it off permanently? I can't just go buy or build another PC (although I'd like to) because I don't have a way of paying for it. Do you guys here know how to get access to admin and/or remove DeepFreeze? I'm super desperate because PC gaming looks amazing and I'm missing out on so much being restricted like this. Anyways, any help you guys give me would mean a lot.

1. Restart your PC.
2. Press DEL or F2 shortcut to CMOS setup in short goto CMOS setup.
3. Change the date 10 years backward or forward. Then save it and restart PC.
4. Before the windows logo shows up Press F8. There you can select safe mode, safe mode with network, etc.
5. Choose Debug mode or Debugging Mode.
6. In Debug mode select the OS you use for example windows xp pro.
7. (This is need a little quicker of hands) When the windows XP starts wait the welcome screen appears and make your fingers get ready to press CTRL+ALT+DEL shortcut key for taskmanager.
8. After the windows XP welcome screen the Windows desktop will appear. Quickly hit CTRL+ALT+DEL.
9. Press D 'D is the shortcut key to locate the process DFServ' or you can locate it using your mouse. After locating it press Del 'to kill the process DFServ.'
10. If you succeed restart your PC and boot it in normal mode. There you can see the deepfreeze icon will be mark X means it is disabled. Now you can uninstall it using deepfreeze installer.
After making those steps don't forget to change back your time in CMOS.
Heres my question, So you cannot start deep freeze, but you cant disable or stop it either? so its running in the background but you cannot see anything except for the service? have you tried to go to the registry and remove all the keys associated with DF and then remove all the associated files on your system for DF and then try to remove the service? After all of this restart and try to reinstall if you want it or just leave it removed.
