SIOC WishList acitivity update

Thanks to everyone for participating in the SIOC WishList activity.
Together we have collected quite a list of suggestions for things to
do with SIOC (see the URL above).

It is time to organise the wishlist and act on items on it.

However, let's keep the activity running for one more week. Most
people from the SIOC and FOAF list probably already entered their
wishes, but would be great to get more feedback from a larger SemWeb
community.

In the meantime, you are very welcome to start organising the list,
commenting on its items or working on some of them.

The wishlist is organised into categories / sections now.

After sorting them it became apparent that very many suggestions are
related to the SIOC ontology itself (not that many re. SIOC
applications, though).

Therefore we may need to sort the ontology improvements category into
further subsections.

I changed the levels of lists and added titles to have an accurate ToC.
