Switched the mode of our mailing so that only members can post.
This should decrease the amount of spam we are getting.

Hi,

If you are encountering problems posting to the SIOC-Dev mailing list,
please check if you are posting from the same address that you have
subscribed with.

Previously it was possible to post from 'off-the-list' addresses but
now it is not (to decrease the amount of spam).

P.S. You can always subscribe to a list from a number of addresses (and
be able to post from them) and disable e-mail delivery to all but one.
