SIOC ontology changes

Hi all,

As we discussed in the previous thread "Proposal for SIOC extension
reg. wikis", see [1], we just made some changes to the SIOC Core
ontology and to the types module:

- Defined the sioct:Category class as a subclass of skos:Concept
- Added a sioc:has_discussion property, with domain sioc:Item and open
range
- Added a sioc:latest_version property, with sioc:Item as domain and
range
- Added two transitive properties: sioc:earlier_version and
sioc:later_version, with sioc:Item as domain and range
- Defined sioc:later_version as inverse property of
sioc:earlier_version
- Defined sioc:next_version as a subproperty of sioc:later_version
- Defined sioc:previous_version as a subproperty of
sioc:earlier_version

The SIOC Core Ontology Specification has been updated according to the
changes - http://rdfs.org/sioc/spec/
The revision number is: 1.30

Thanks to Fabrizio for adding improvements to SIOC.

Please note that sioc:earlier_version / sioc:later_version properties
did not initially appear in the SIOC Ontology Specification because of
a bug in the specgen4.py script. That's fixed now and the new
properties can be found in the specification.
