Inquiry: Local Grid Refinement (LGR) around fractures in a Cartesian grid

Hi MRST developers and community,

I am currently working on modeling fractures using MRST. My base model relies on a Cartesian grid, and I would like to perform Local Grid Refinement (LGR) specifically around the fracture zones to capture the flow dynamics more accurately.

If there are existing built-in functions, code snippets, or specific tutorial cases in MRST that demonstrate how to implement this?
