Mandel and Terzaghi's problems

Hej Olav,

I'm trying to model the Mandel and Terzagh's examples in your textbook and i keep getting error messages. 

Are you able to point me to any other sources from where i can access the Codes.

Dear Kennedy,

The examples from the book should be found in the MRST release in the ad-mechanics module (/autodiff/ad-mechanics/examples).  Please let me know if you have specific problems running these examples.
