Dear MRST support team and users,

I copied the <chemtransport> module into MRST2025a and tried to run the examples (on Matlab 2025a). However, the following error came up.
I am wondering how I can fix this issue, please?
Moreover, could anyone provide some example code to model the multicomponent reactive transport flow in MRST, using TST theory, please?
Many thanks.

Best regards.

Unrecognized field name "stopFunction".

Hi,

The chemtransport is not a part of the official release and has not been maintained/updated. If you want to use this specific code, downloading an older version of MRST that matches the release date is the way to go.

There are more recent efforts on reactive transport in MRST that could be of interest: https://www.sciopen.com/article/10.46690/ager.2025.05.04

Best regards,
Olav
