2024 ESA gathering signup sheet

Dear all,

I look forward to seeing many of our Sino-Eco friends at next week's ESA meeting. We'll have our annual Sino-Eco gathering after the AES section mixer (around 730pm on Wed, August 7).

Our local host Bo Zhou from UCLA is working tirelessly to help us secure a place for babecue (either American style or Chinese style partially depending on the final head count). We'll need to have a rough head count. If you plan to join the fathering, could you sign up for the Google sheet (please put a note if you have dietary restrictions)? If you know folks who are joining and have difficulty using Google Forms, could you help them sign up? Thanks a lot!!

Dear all,

Just a friendly reminder about the Sino-Eco gathering signup. The restaurant Famous Dave's BBQ is just across the street from the convention center on the bay side. We have reserved the entire patio. You can walk through the suspension bridge from the convention center (no need to cross the street at the lower level). We aim to start around 730pm after the AES mixer.
